Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice Required

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we appreciate your early communication.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps us compensate our specialists for their reserved time.

No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation

Full Service Charge

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, or cancel on the day of the appointment, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Repeat No-Shows

Clients with a history of no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or provide a credit card on file to secure bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

15-Minute Grace Period

We understand that life happens. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service, subject to our schedule.

Treatment Time Adjustment

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the treatment time will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. Full payment will still be required for the original duration of the service booked.

Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and TM Beauty Spa gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of service.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service prices and is always appreciated. Our team works hard to deliver exceptional results and your generosity means the world to them.

Health & Safety Policy

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures before your appointment. Certain treatments may be contraindicated for specific conditions.

Pregnancy

Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please notify us when booking if you are pregnant so we can recommend appropriate services.

Skin Sensitivity

If you have had any recent cosmetic procedures, laser treatments, or are using prescription retinoids, please inform us before your appointment to ensure your safety.
