Do unused treatments roll over?
Monthly treatments roll over for up to 1 month. After that, they expire. We encourage you to use your treatments each month for the best results.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Can I share my membership with a family member?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. However, members receive a referral discount when a family member signs up for their own membership.
